As a service to the patient after obtaining a copy of the patients current insurance card; we will file a healthcare claim to the patients insurance company.
After services have been rendered and insurance claims have been paid, any remaining balance is the patients responsiblity. This includes private pay, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance and non-covered services. In the event the bill cannot be paid in accordance with this policy, the patient may qualify for our Charity Program . They can also help set up a payment plan or discuss our charity care program.
Payments may be made by mail or may be paid at the Patient Account Representatives office We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment may also be made on our secure website, click on the "Pay Bill On-line" button.
