Physical Therapist Joins WMC's Physical Therapy Department

Wilson Medical Center's Physical Therapy Department is proud to announce Katherine "Kate" Jaworski is a new physical therapist who will assist with inpatient and outpatient therapy. Jaworski comes from Vineland, New Jersey. In New Jersey, Kate worked for home health doing rehabilitation for the elderly.

Kate received her Master's in physical therapy at the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania. She decided to become a physical therapist after a back injury from a soccer game. "I like making a difference," stated Kate. "It is great getting to know my patients and seeing them make progress. I really enjoy working with the older generation."

Jaworski takes a tough love approach to her patients by seeking the most from them for the best results, while being compassionate to their limitations. She feels it is important to find out the goals of her patients and work towards them by centering their treatments on those goals.

She enjoys running, outdoor activities, and the beach.

She is working on getting established in the community, and is impressed with how friendly people are in Neodesha. Kate joins her boyfriend, Aaron Krenzer, who works for Cobalt Boats in their sales department.

You are welcome to stop by Get Fit! Wellness Center at 602 Main, where outpatient therapy is conducted, to meet Kate.
