WMC Employee Benefits
Vacation PayAll regular full-time and part-time employees will begin accruing hours towards vacation time with their first day of employment. Vacation hours are based on hours worked. Employees are eligible to utilize vacation hours accrued after 6 month of employment.
Holiday PayWilson Medical Center pays 8 holidays or 64 hours a year to regular full-time employees. Employees are eligible to utilize holiday hours after 30 days of employment.
Sick PayRegular full-time and regular part-time employees accrual of sick leave starts at date of hire. Employees are eligible to utilize these accrued hours after 90 days.
Health InsuranceAfter a three calendar month waiting period, regular full-time and regular part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours a week are eligible for group health coverage.
KPERS RetirementEmployees are eligible to participate in the Kansas Public Employees Systems (KPERS)on date of hire. KPERS includes life insurance and disability insurance.
