Wilson Medical Center Selects New Chief Executive Officer

Wilson Medical Center is pleased to announce that, after careful consideration, the Board of Trustees has selected Bryan Hargis, FACHE (Fellow American College of Healthcare Executives) as the hospital's next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Hargis comes to us from Gilbert, Arizona, with over 25 years of healthcare experience. Hargis, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) started his career in a Big Four CPA firm as an auditor. This background has instilled him with strong financial instincts regarding operational and service line improvements. Some of his core competencies include physician recruitment, cost containment, operational efficiencies, staffing models, and patient satisfaction.

Hargis grew up in Aurora, Illinois. He holds a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Auburn University, Montgomery, Alabama, as well as two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Marketing from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona.

"We are confident that Bryan will immediately impact our hospital and surrounding community," stated Chad Estes, Wilson Medical Center Board of Trustees Chair. "Bryan's anticipated start date will be Monday, May 16. We look forward to him joining us!"
