After 33.5 years of service, Wilson Medical Center proudly honors the remarkable career of Michelle Bohannon, RN, Director of Risk, Quality, and Compliance, who has officially retired. Michelle’s decades of leadership and unwavering dedication have shaped the foundation of excellence we stand on today.

“Michelle’s legacy is not only measured in years but in the countless ways she has ensured the safety, quality, and integrity of care at Wilson Medical Center,” said Chad Estes, Board of Trustees Chairman. “Her impact will be felt for decades to come.”

With heartfelt gratitude, we wish Michelle the very best in retirement and extend our thanks for her many contributions to Wilson Medical Center and the community we serve.

Wilson Medical Center is also pleased to announce that Suzy Cook will succeed Michelle as the new Director of Risk, Quality, and Compliance. With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, and 13 years of working alongside Michelle as coordinator, Suzy brings invaluable expertise and continuity to the role.
