Wilson Medical Center is proud to announce that its Clinical Operations Director, Adam Gall, has successfully completed the Kansas Hospital Association (KHA) Leadership Institute, a selective professional development program designed to cultivate the next generation of healthcare leaders.
The Institute spans six intensive courses covering communication, team building, conflict resolution, and strategic leadership, culminating with graduation at the KHA Annual Convention.
Reflecting on the program, Adam shared: “The KHA Leadership Program really helped clarify the amount of effort and time it takes to create an engaged workforce. By prioritizing employees and building a culture that promotes engagement and morale first, we will see results in patient care and work processes that solve many of the other issues leaders spend time addressing.”
Since joining Wilson Medical Center in 2020 as a Wound Care Program Director, Adam has advanced to Clinical Operations Director as of April 2025, leading efforts to elevate clinical outcomes and operations for the wound care center and two rural health clinics. His journey began in fire and emergency medical services at just 20, and he later earned his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University.
Adam and his wife, Kristina, are raising two children, stay active outdoors, and volunteer with their local high school booster club. His completion of the KHA Leadership Institute highlights his dedication to growth, and the future of healthcare in southeast Kansas.
