Inpatient Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapy
Wilson Medical Rehabilitation Center's team of therapists work one on one with patients admitted to the hospital (acute or swing bed). Patients in our swing bed program receive services six days a week.
Home Health Therapy
Physical, occupational and speech therapy can be provided in a patient's home, caregiver's home or assisted living facility to speed recovery from illness, injury, or surgery.
Home based therapy allows patients to develop independence with daily activities in a convenient and comfortable setting. This type of therapy helps individuals regain range of motion and strength and will be able to treat:
- Loss of balance
- Falls
- Difficulty walking
- Joint and back pain
- Joint replacements
- Stroke
- General weakness after hospitalizations
My experience with WMRC was excellent. All of the therapists were very good. Tiffany went beyond what I would expect with her knowledge and experience. Thank you for my excellent care!

Pain-Relieving Treatments
Experience relief from chronic pain and improved movement with Wilson Medical Center's Rehabilitation Services' dry needling. This modern western technique, practiced by highly trained physical therapists, targets sensitive trigger points in your muscles to provide optimum relief from pain and improve your range of motion - all without the need for a doctor's referral.
Carter Odell is our physical therapist who is certified in dry needling. By precisely inserting these into your muscles, Carter targets the sources of your discomfort, potentially benefiting other parts of your body suffering from related pain. In addition, dry needling, when incorporated into your treatment plan, can complement other techniques, promote healing, and reduce inflammation.
As a cash-only service, our dry needling service is not covered by insurance, but its potential for lasting benefits is invaluable to your long-term health. Reach out to schedule a dry needling treatment today!
