Biography
Dr. F. Allen Moorhead, Jr. is a native of Neodesha, Kansas, and the fourth generation in his family to practice family medicine. He graduated from the University of Kansas Medical School on June 7, 1965, and completed his residency and internship in California. Dr. Moorhead served overseas as a Navy physician during the Vietnam War and then began caring for patients at his private practice in 1973.
