Joy Prunty, Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with Get Fit 24/7 Wellness Center, can give you tools and reinforcement to reach your health and fitness goals. She will provide support, accountability, education, and a personalized plan of attack to establish and maintain healthy habits.

First, you need to understand exercise is not a default mode for me, but the Senior Mix class won me over to the concept. Then when Joy's personal training became an option, it was a no-brainer for me. Joy's attention to what I need boosts my confidence that I can, indeed, become a 'strong girl', even at my age. Her fun, but challending, varied workouts are testament to the time she spends tailoring them to fit. I'm hooked!
